Adaptive Business Solutions provides a 24/7 fixed price system support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers  and partners. Our support proccess is ISO 9001:2000 Certified. Support requests can be submitted by phone, e-mail, web or using our Navision Add-on directly in your system.

Support services include any user questions, user training, user mistake corrections, bug fixes and minor modifications to forms and reports. In addition to support we provide consulting and Navision Development services. If required we will help establish internal support operations with best in industry practices.

Customers can subscribe for different levels of support:

  • On Demand Support – allows customers to submit an unlimited number of support requests that will be charged based on hours spent. All requests over 2 hours have to be estimated and require the customers approval. This service is most suitable for customers with mature internal support organizations. In this case Adaptive Business Solutions provides 3rd level support for problems that cannot be solved or will take too long for the internal support organization.
  • 2nd and 3rd level of Support – this fixed price system support service is for organizations who want to keep Help Desk activities inside and subcontract all other support activities
  • Help Desk, 2nd and 3rd level of Support – this fixed price system support service is for organizations who want to subcontract the full cycle of support activities. This service includes development of complete business process documentation, user manuals and training materials for new employees. Our analysts will document and periodically review your business process and document any changes.
